Moderator RP

In DiamondFire-Warlords historiography, a Moderator Roleplay game (shortened to Moderator RP) is one of three supergenres of roleplay games in Minecraft. These games are roughly defined by the presence of a moderator who does not have full discretion over the outcome of some decisions. Their power is usually constrained to arbitration, as well as enforcement of pre-defined rules. Sometimes, moderators may also have power over determining any numerical changes if the game employs a statistical record-keeping system.

Prevalence

Moderator RP games are the most common form of Country RP games, in contrast to Executor RPs. All known Country RP communities, with the exception of the Warlords community, are believed to have most of their games based on a Moderator RP system. Moreover, these communities usually refer to their games under the umbrella term Nation RP as opposed to using any of Warlords' naming conventions.
