Arrhythmia is a singleplayer exploration-based afterlife game created by Dorkymcdorkface in 2025. In Arrhythmia, players explore a number of different interconnected worlds, and interact with characters and creatures from them.
It is primarily inspired by the surrealist exploration game Yume Nikki.
