Sometime during late 2017 or early 2018, n5Q (then known as Kcolyz) created a "trial run" for a new game concept he had imagined. The game, whose name has been lost to history but remains known as Game Zero to the Warlords community as a placeholder name, was the first Executor RP in DiamondFire's history.

Sources

There remains no evidence that the game ever existed apart from an account given by n5Q himself, in his 17-page book Some Adjustments. In it, he notes that he remembers few details about the game, including those who have played it, meaning that there remain no other known witnesses of the game, and it is highly unlikely that any other witness will be found. Within the book, only four pages are dedicated to the game itself as well as his thought process surrounding the game, and n5Q hardly spoke about the game outside of the book. Given that the plot was cleared years ago and that contact with n5Q has been lost, these four pages remain the only source of information as to the contents of Game Zero. Throughout this article, you will notice that many key features of the game, such as its gameplay, mechanics, and events, will be missing. This is because n5Q has no recollection of these details, and therefore the game itself is completely lost to time.

The Game

Game Zero, beyond the fact that it was the first Executor RP in DiamondFire, was an incredibly ambitious project for its time, and the final product of the game did not reflect the vision that n5Q had created.

Inspiration

n5Q's main source of inspiration came from a Roblox game titled Risk Universalis, an open-ended country roleplay game where players created custom countries and subsequently fought each other in a Hearts of Iron IV style map. Seeing the potential of such a game existing in DiamondFire, Game Zero's objective was to act as a test to see if the concept would function and have commercial success.

Creation and Gameplay

The actual game only had a fraction of the features that n5Q wanted to include in his game, describing it as "barebones and not in-depth." n5Q mainly attributed this to the fact that he was an unranked player trying to create a game on the smallest possible plot, giving him two disadvantages. Firstly was that many of the more sophisticated DiamondFire coding features were locked behind a paywall, and n5Q had no intention of buying a rank; secondly, because of the fact that the game was created on a Basic Plot (50x50, the only size available to unranked players without making any purchases), the game must have been too small to include many details. Nevertheless, the game saw some success, given that multiple players agreed to join and play at least one session of the game.

Result

In order to better execute his concept, n5Q would go on to find a ranked player to try and pass on his concept to in order to be able to better execute his concept. This player turned out to be chunghhoids (then known as TheLoyalHorse), and their conversation would spark the beginnings of chunghhoids' own country RP game, RP Wars.

Legacy

Apart from leading to n5Q passing on his concept of an Executor RP to chunghhoids and subsequently starting a chain of events that resulted in the proliferation of Executor RPs across DiamondFire, Game Zero did not leave a lasting impact on the Executor RP scene. n5Q's vision would also not see much of an influence on RP Wars, given that he would become inactive. He'd also miss out on most of the games that were played on DiamondFire, though a brief return to the server saw him re-attempt to create his vision through a game named Risky Conquest. n5Q's vision was never realized outside of Game Zero and Risky Conquest, the latter of which was never hosted. His ideas, which involved partially automating the game to make it easier to host, were never adopted by any country game to date.
