These three currencies were allowed to be observers
& have one vote in EcoCom, which will be represented by an organization separate to EcoCom.

thecoolkid26, representing DaCoin, mediates the meeting.

Bloxbux does not want ANY representation in EcoCom, so they were excluded from this
meeting.

Zip proposes to make the Association of Private Currencies the 1 vote in EcoCom for all private currencies.

UK votes YES, and Zip votes YES, unanimously making the APC represent them.
