Graciens has suspended all rates, so UltraCraftGames proposes to suspend Graciens' membership to EcoCom, due to their isolation meaning that they shouldn't have a seat.

It will be temporary, and when Graciens reopens ties with
other currencies, it may be allowed back into EcoCom.

PL_ADI objects.

He states that he is cutting ties to reorganize and stabilize Graciens.

Objection has been ruled invalid due to its lack of relevancy.
FrenchFryFan objects.

He believes that PL shouldn't be suspended because he will be returning soon. He compares it to making a list of top 10 TV shows, and not liking one because they haven't released any new episodes.
Ultra requests to reply, and FFF accepts.

He re-states that the suspension is only temporary and until the matter is resolved. Once Graciens reopens the rates, they can be voted back into EcoCom.
PL_ADI reopens trade, and the proposal is killed shortly afterwards. FFF's objection is also ended.

SenorConejo leaves the meeting.

Bloxhead7 makes an announcement.

He announces a new Bloxbux tournament involving Fidese history. Come up with the best leader for a country for Fidese's history, from 1400-1600. First place: 12 BB. 2nd place; 8 BB. 3rd place: 3 BB.
The deadline is midnight, October 31st.

UltraCraftGames makes a proposal.

It is about the removal and adding of currencies to players' accounts.
He believes that currency owners shouldn't be able to remove their currency without the consent of both parties. In his own words:

As an example, lets say that TCK wants to delete DaCoin, but noone wants it deleted.

So, he shuts down everything and makes it useless, basically deleting it, and causes a loophole.
Ultra replies, saying that it is allowed.

FrenchFryFan objects.

If somebody makes a joke (Example: First person to say "E" gets 17 vigintillion Mediteranions!) and the person actually says E,
they could just say that they didn't know they were joking.

UltraCraftGames says the joke is allowed, but to not actually give the currency.

FrenchFryFan interjects, talking about how Ultra threatened to suspend
his currency over a very similar joke that FFF made.

Ultra says that he was allowed to make the joke, and FFF states that Ultra was manipulating him.

Ultra changes his proposal to, in his own words:

"You cant remove currency from someones account without both parties consent" [sic]

TCK objects.

He believes that in extreme cases, a general removal of people's money (For ex. Removal of 10% of everybody's money)
should be allowed in extreme cases.

Bloxhead7 leaves.

The proposal is voted on.

After more discussion, FrenchFryFan makes a proposal.

He believes there should be an "interest" system (people earn 10% of their total money per month, as an example)
Alternatively, in currencies where people earn a lot of money, the interest rate can be negative (losing 10% per month, for example)

Or, instead of 10% a month, you could do a 1% loss per week.


Ultra objects.

He states that currencies can implement an interest rate if they want.

TCK joins Ultra's dissent.

TCK believes that it is not up to EcoCom to decide this.
FFF replies, stating that in general, currencies should be more realistic.

The proposal is voted on.

4-1 (Abst.) NO

thecoolkid26 exits the meeting.
After more discussion, and a joke proposal to denounce Venice, it is voted to end the meeting.

The meeting officially ends.
